The Emegatronic Process: Precision Without Compromise

1. Full Teardown & Forensic Inspection Every engine is stripped down to the crankshaft. Components are subjected to hot-tank cleaning and vapor blasting to remove decades of carbon and sludge, followed by a meticulous inspection for tolerances, cracks, and wear.

2. Machining & Internal Upgrades * Crankshaft & Case: Crankshafts are magnafluxed and polished; cases are checked for alignment and “flowed” to ensure optimal oil pressure and longevity,balanced to within 0.1 grams.

                    The 993 heads are prone to guide wear and thermal fatigue. We solve this by modernizing the materials.

    • Valve Guides: Replacement of factory guides with Phosphor Bronze equivalents for superior heat dissipation and reduced friction.

    • Valve Seats: Three-angle performance valve job to optimize flow at low-to-mid lift.

    • Sealing Surface: Heads are precision-milled to ensure a perfect 100% flat mating surface with the cylinders, eliminating the 993’s historic “weeping” issues.
