You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to initiate a return for a refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To receive a full refund, all returned parts must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The part must be in brand-new, uninstalled condition. If a part shows signs of wear, tool marks, or grease, it will not be accepted.
  • Original Packaging: Parts must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer’s box. This includes all internal protective packaging, plastic bags, and seals.
  • Complete Sets: All manuals, hardware, and accessories that came with the part must be included in the return.

Important Exceptions

Please Note: We cannot accept returns if the part has been installed, modified, or if the original packaging is missing or destroyed. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense or disposed of without a refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Verify that your part is unused and in its original box.
  2. Contact our support team with your Order Number.
  3. Once authorized, securely pack the item inside a shipping box (do not stick shipping labels directly onto the manufacturer’s product box).
