- Shipping Rates & Calculation
At Emegatronic, shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout. We do not offer free shipping. To provide the most accurate pricing possible, our rates are determined by:
- Package Weight: The total weight of your items, including all protective materials.
- Destination State: The distance from our fulfillment center to your specific U.S. state.
How to check your rate: Add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address. The system will calculate the exact shipping fee for your specific order before you complete your purchase.
- Address Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. * All orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address.
- If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, your order may be delayed or canceled to ensure successful delivery by our carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.
- Shipping Methods & Estimates
While actual delivery times vary by state, general estimates are:
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Pro-Tip: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Emegatronic is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@emegatronic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.
