Key Build Highlights:

• Nickel-Plated (Nikasil) Cylinders: We’ve done away with the problematic factory Lokasil/Alusil bores. Our cylinders are precision-machined and Nickel-plated, offering an incredibly hard, low-friction surface that is virtually immune to bore scoring.
• CNC Ported Cylinder Heads: To improve volumetric efficiency, the heads have been CNC ported to optimize airflow. This results in sharper throttle response and a significant increase in top-end “breathability” during high-RPM track sessions.
• Isotropic Superfinished Crankshaft: The crankshaft has undergone a chemically accelerated vibratory finishing process. This creates a non-directional, mirror-like surface that reduces friction, lowers oil temperatures, and increases the fatigue life of the metal.
