I brought my 2006 BMW Z4 3.0si in to address a weird noise I couldn’t diagnose myself, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Elio executed the work flawlessly: the mystery noise is completely gone, and the new Koni setup has transformed the ride quality completely. My suspension needed to be refreshed, and Elio kept the old parts for me to see and take home with me. What really sets this shop apart is that you are truly paying for top-tier customer service and genuine peace of mind. Elio took the time to walk me through his detailed recommendations and allowed me to choose à la carte exactly what I wanted done, without applying any pressure or trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. Elio even returned the original Bilsteins he had ordered for me when I decided last minute to go with Koni’s. I felt really bad doing that, but Elio assured me it was no problem. He told me numerous times that his primary goal is to complete excellent work and make sure I’m happy as a customer. Customer service A+++ I can be pretty OCD about my car, but Elio listened to every single concern with patience and complete respect. Understanding how much I care about keeping the convertible top in pristine condition, he made sure the car was stored safely inside the garage for the entire duration of its stay. I’m not much of a car guy myself, but I respect the BMW brand and like to keep my vehicles in good condition, especially as this is my dream car and I’ve spent a long time trying to find a great example. I knew Elio was the right guy to work on the car when he had similar sentiment. Too many people beat BMW’s to the ground and let them become sh*t boxes. It is rare to find a mechanic who treats your vehicle with the same level of care and respect that you do while delivering precise, high-quality technical work. Worth every single penny. I can’t recommend Emegatronic enough. I brought my Porsche in with several major issues, including transmission problems, an oil leak, and cooling system issues. From day one, they were professional, honest, and incredibly communicative. They kept me updated throughout the entire process with videos and explanations, so I always knew exactly what was going on with my car. They also blessed me with a great price for the amount of work they did, which I truly appreciated. Now my Porsche runs flawlessly. The transmission shifts smoothly, the oil leak is completely gone, the cooling issues are fixed, and the car drives beautifully. It honestly feels like a completely different car. If you are like me you look at reviews for indy specialist mechanics for your foreign/German made cars and not necessarily the front page of google.  Definitely not the dealership for service once your warranty is up.    That's how I found Elio at Emegatronic and I am very glad I did!  Great documentation/videos.  Fair pricing for excellent/honest work.  Helped with timing chain service on a BMW and other misc work too.  Car runs great now. First time customer, and Emegatronic far exceeded my expectations. Been through the Good, Bad and the Ugly when it comes to servicing German cars. Here...no fluff, no filler, only exact information regarding diagnosis with specific facts on repairs, preventative maintenance, and performance modifications. Another happy Emegatronic customer here!  When my BMW M3 became hydrolocked I didn't know what to do.  Most local shops told me they couldn't do anything for me. I searched all over and found Elio.  I'm very particular about my cars and pretty knowledgeable myself, but trust is something that is hard to come by these days.  After speaking with him a few times over the phone he gave me the confidence that he was the right man to rebuild my engine.  He sent pictures and videos, kept me updated through the whole process, and answered all my questions on the phone, which meant a lot because I live over a 1,000 miles away.  He welcomed me into his shop when I was in the area for work and it was clean, organized and busy!  Received my engine carefully packed in a wood crate and it looks brand new.  Drives like new too....I couldn't be any happier!  Elio is the real deal - obviously very knowledgeable (very familiar with the S65) in his craft, but also trustworthy and just a great guy. I called in desperate need of getting my Infiniti q50 tuned. Not only was the car running poorly after adding catless downpipes, but I was in crunch time as i’m going back to college. Elio was awesome with getting me in and out. Drove in there all stressed about a car that wasn’t running right days before I take it to school and I left with an uncontrollable smile.
